Blue Sharks
The Celtic Deep
July - September
Activity:
snorkelling, top-side observation, video and photography
Every year, blue sharks migrate to part of the southern Irish Sea called the Celtic Deep, 30 miles off the coast of South West Wales. This trip will give you the opportunity to see these beautiful sharks up close.
With 11 years of experience in shark tourism, and alongside tour partner Pembroke Boat Charters, you are in safe hands.
With me as your guide, you will get a full shark behaviour briefing, and a chance to experience what is in my opinion, one of the best shark encounters on the planet.
Departure from: Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, Wales
This trip is being managed by Pembrokeshire Boat Charters.

Wildlife filmmakers weekend
29th - 31st August
Activity
This is for anyone wanting to improve their
marine life filmmaking skills

This is the trip I wish I could have gone on when I was starting out.
The best moments of learning I have had in my wildlife filmmaking career, have all happened in the field. These three days will be purely focused on learning at sea.
We will have the chance to encounter and film blue sharks, bluefin tuna, fin and minke whales, dolphins, grey seals, gannets and other seabirds, with hands on and personal guidance with whatever nature throws at us. We will look at camera settings, but more importantly learning to read wildlife behaviour. This is suitable for anyone filming underwater (with any camera), with drones, and topside with gimbals.
In the evenings we can review footage, make suggested improvements, and then implement them the following day.
Spaces limited to 8 participants. Message below for details and booking.
